Dear Employment Manager:

Presently, I am working for Give Kids the World, a 51-acre resort for terminally ill children.  The responsibilities for this position include solving all guest concerns and questions in a timely and efficient manner.  My other responsibilities include working as a liaison between the families and wish granting organization that sent the families to the village.   I am responsible for the training and supervision of the front desk staff.  I am also attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for my Masters of Business Administration in Aviation.  I have taken related classes such as, Airline Operations and Management, Airline Economics, and Seminar in Aviation Labor Relations.  Since I am attending one of the extended campuses, I am able to relocate.

In December of 1997, I graduated from Webber College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports and Club Management.  After graduating, I went to work for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in their Management Trainee Program.  During this time, I worked for one of their hotels in Denver and spent two to three weeks in each department learning the skills necessary to run each of the departments as a manager.

I think you’ll find I can work exceptionally both as a team leader, as well as a team player.  Through a personal interview, I would like to expand upon my qualifications and experiences. Please call me at your convenience at (863) 420-0871 or email me at [email protected] to set up an interview.

Sincerely,

Robert J. Preble
